Mooring Lane is available as a complete property for extended week-long family gatherings over summer, long weekends or for special events such as Festivals or weddings.

Any combination of the above can be booked. Some of the beds are Hotel kings which split into singles.
There are two roll in beds which takes sleeping capacity to 12, with 4 bathrooms and 4 toilets (one separate).
The conservatory will cater for group dining.
The proximity to Whitianga, the ferry, The Lost Spring Day Spa, walking distances to beaches, boat launching and group outings to restaurants or sports bars, is unbeatable.
There is no need for multiple vehicle outings, which hits the spot for maximising relaxation in the time available.
